1. Exchange Policy

  • We Refund 100 percent cash based on following coditions:
  • Original Invoice Required: A valid original invoice must be presented for any product exchange.
  • Condition of Product: Products must be returned in the same condition as sold, with complete original packaging and all included accessories/manuals.
  • Used Products: Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for exchange.
  • Same Category Exchange: Exchange is only permitted for items from the same product category.

  • Hob & Hood Size Issues: In case of size-related issues, customers may exchange Hobs and Hoods without any deduction within 2 months of purchase.
  • No Exchange After 2 Months: Products will not be accepted for exchange after two months from the purchase date.
  • Promotional Items: Items bought during sales, promotions, or special offers are not eligible for exchange.
  • Price Adjustments: Products purchased before a promotion cannot be exchanged at the previous price; they will be exchanged at the current market price at the time of request.
